If I have misrepresented or omitted any facts on this application or any further documents I will be required to fill out, including but not limited to any Silbar Security Corp. forms I prepare in the course of my duties, shall be considered sufficient cause for dismissal.
I agree that if employed by Silbar Security Corp., I will be required to abide by all rules and procedures and that failure to do so could result in termination of employment. I further understand that the rules and regulations may be changed, modified, deleted or added to the company at any time at the company's sole option and without prior notice. DCJS Certifications are the full responsibility of the employee and must be up to date and kept up to date. Failure to keep certifications up to date will result in suspension of the employee.
In compliance with the Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986, I understand that I am required to provide approved documentation to Silbar Security Corporation that verifies my right to work in the United States on the first day of employment. I have received from the company a list of the approved documents that are required.
